Requirements
- •Degree in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or similar
- •5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- •Experience with continuous manufacturing lines and powder handling processes
- •Logic-driven and experienced with process modeling approaches
- •Initiative and results-driven with attention to detail
- •Collaboration and clear communication skills
- •Fluency in English, at least B1 in German, and openness to frequent travel

Tasks
- •Serve as the manufacturing process expert for sorbent filter production
- •Own all aspects of manufacturing process engineering for new sorbent filter material
- •Understand process parameters and their impact on products
- •Evaluate and adjust parameter ranges for equipment purchases and startup
- •Lead the ramp-up of manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues
- •Conduct root cause analysis for process challenges
- •Manage process FMEAs before, during, and after startup
- •Ensure thorough documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- •Collaborate with R&D, quality, product design, and process development teams
- •Support the development of new testing methods for high-quality products
- •Act as a key technical expert in external partnerships
- •Ensure DAC-specific requirements for sorbent filter manufacturing are met
- •Monitor operations on-site when necessary
- •Assist with lab-scale manufacturing in R&D as needed
- •Support new concept evaluations for future DAC solutions
