- •Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field
- •Minimum 6 years of experience in process engineering
- •Ability to build and lead diverse engineering teams
- •Experience defining high-volume hardware manufacturing processes
- •Expertise in DFM, FMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, SPC, CPK, and statistical modelling techniques
- •Experience in cleanroom environments
- •Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and planning skills
- •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- •Business fluency in English; German is an advantage

- •Develop and optimize manufacturing processes from concept to production handover
- •Ensure quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in processes
- •Collaborate with product development, materials engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering
- •Translate requirements into robust and efficient processes
- •Use data analytics and statistical process control for decision-making
- •Guide continuous improvement initiatives
- •Develop and implement a process technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs
