Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- •7+ years of experience in a similar role
- •Experience in gas processing, mining, minerals processing, water treatment, or equivalent heavy industries
- •Expertise in low and medium voltage electrical systems
- •Expertise in industrial instrumentation and control systems
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- •Highly organized and able to plan and prioritize work
- •Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- •Fluency in English
- •Openness to occasional travel

- •Define and maintain technical direction for EIC across all projects
- •Develop, update, and enforce EIC engineering standards and guidelines
- •Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements
- •Provide technical oversight and approval of EIC design deliverables
- •Lead initiatives to improve reliability and performance of EIC systems
- •Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- •Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies for EIC systems
- •Act as the primary EIC interface with cross-functional teams
- •Identify and mitigate EIC risks during design and operation phases
- •Support project teams with scope, cost, and schedule estimates
- •Supervise and coach junior team members
- •Provide guidance on technical challenges
- •Drive lessons-learned sessions for continuous improvement
