  • Experience with Owner’s Representation and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of electrical design and construction methods
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools

  • Oversee commissioning of electrical systems
  • Lead testing and commissioning processes
  • Ensure accurate documentation is handed over to the client
  • Assist in final project closeout
  • Act as primary contact for electrical-related client issues
  • Provide recommendations to protect client interests
  • Identify and manage risks related to electrical systems
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and schedules
  • Conduct site safety audits
  • Monitor progress of electrical work against schedule and budget
  • Track project costs and address overruns or delays
  • Manage changes in project scope efficiently
