Tasks

  • Provide administrative and logistics coordination support
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical research teams
  • Manage administrative, compliance, and training center requests
  • Summarize regional calls for future action follow-up
  • Organize internal and external training events and masterclasses
  • Coordinate event scheduling, catering, and logistical details
  • Track attendee materials and event attendance
  • Participate in training events to understand stakeholder needs
  • Assist with European and worldwide sales meeting coordination
  • Develop presentations and training materials
  • Proofread agendas, training materials, and tender documents
  • Submit documents through the internal control system
  • Reconcile monthly purchase orders and monitor spending
  • Manage historical training logs and certificate requests
  • Ensure accreditation requirements are followed and renewed
