Tasks
- Support MBA program organization to world-class standards
- Coordinate program deliverables
- Gather teaching materials from faculty
- Liaise with internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B)
- Coordinate International Consulting Projects (ICPs)
- Handle administrative tasks
- Follow up with various departments
- Organize special events and meetings
- Support guest speakers
- Support creation of learning portals
- Record participant attendance and absence
- Support participants during the program
- Perform general secretarial duties
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- Support digital sessions
