At an independent university institute, organizing executive leadership development programs and coordinating daily schedules/materials. Current BA enrollment in Hospitality, Tourism, or Marketing required. Exposure to world-class leadership development environment.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in BA studies (Hospitality management, Tourism, or Marketing)
- Experience in an international environment (strong plus)
- Demonstrated organizational and administration skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently
- Customer-oriented
- Diplomatic and discreet
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very strong team spirit
- Fluent English; Good command of French or other languages (advantage)
- Good written communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU-25EFTA citizenship
Tasks
- Support organizing executive development programs to world-class standards.
- Coordinate daily program schedules and teaching materials with departments.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Follow up with various departments.
- Organize special events and meetings.
- Provide support to guest speakers.
- Support creating Learning Portals for participant preparation.
- Support participants during programs of varying lengths.
- Perform general secretarial duties.
- Support preparing teaching materials.
- Assist with document and database research.
