  • Answer and filter incoming telephone calls
  • Manage a complex agenda
  • Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sort incoming correspondence
  • Highlight priority correspondence
  • Type high-quality written materials in French and English
  • Manage contact and mailing databases
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Receive high-level visitors
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and videoconference setup
  • Arrange catering for meetings
  • Prepare meeting announcements and invitations
  • Coordinate travel for the Chairman and key stakeholders
  • Maintain general office supplies stock
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Liaise with Facilities on maintenance issues
  • Liaise with IT on technical issues
  • Process expense claims
  • Process invoices
  • Liaise with the accounts department for payment follow-up
