Tasks
- Own day-to-day People Operations in Switzerland
- Serve as main point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Handle contractual changes and documentation
- Coordinate monthly payroll
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and pension administration
- Collaborate with Finance and external partners
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies
- Maintain accurate People data in systems like Personio and Business Central
- Drive process improvements and system optimization
- Align with broader Group People Operations strategy
