Tasks
- Own full employee lifecycle
- Serve as HR point of contact
- Prepare and manage HR documents
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee data
- Collaborate with payroll providers
- Improve HR systems and workflows
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate experience
- Conduct People & Culture interviews
- Organize team events and workshops
- Foster diverse, inclusive workplace
- Support learning and development
- Design and execute training programs
- Implement feedback processes
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
- Optimize HR processes
- Document policies
- Leverage AI and automation tools
