Requirements

  • •Strong background in freight forwarding
  • •Experience in similar freight forwarding roles is a plus
  • •Experience with Swiss logistics infrastructure
  • •Proven track record in troubleshooting
  • •Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • •Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • •Fluency in English and German is a must

  • •Collaborate with business development for client onboarding.
  • •Drive cost-optimization while maintaining service quality.
  • •Identify service risks and develop mitigation processes.
  • •Monitor supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
