Requirements
- •Basic training in logistics or equivalent
- •A few years of practical experience in freight forwarding
- •Experience in managing Pharma or Healthcare logistics is a plus
- •Willingness to engage in hands-on operational work
- •Good written and spoken German and English
- •Customer-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
- •Quality-oriented work and confident use of MS Office
- •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Knowledge of EU GDP Directive principles is an advantage

- •Process and handle pharmaceutical shipments independently.
- •Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines.
- •Prepare transport documents and place orders for transport.
- •Track shipments, enter orders, and prepare invoices.
- •Maintain networks in the pharma sector and coordinate with warehousing.
- •Provide customer support for inquiries and complaints.
- •Control costs and optimize planning in the TMS system.
- •Prepare customs-related documents.
- •Clear import and export shipments using EDEC/NCTS system.
