Daily office operations and vendor management for a global Biscoff sales operation. Higher vocational education and German/English fluency required. Close collaboration with management.
Requirements
- Professionalism and cordiality
- Completed higher vocational education, commercial apprenticeship, bachelor, or similar
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative coordination
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; Swiss German is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with digital collaboration tools

Tasks
