- •Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- •Flexibility and a proactive mindset

- •Schedule and prepare management meetings
- •Write meeting protocols
- •Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft 365 tools
- •Maintain files and a structured documentation system
- •Support planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and events
- •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely communication
- •Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- •Manage cost center controlling and small projects
- •Contribute to office efficiency by managing supplies and various administrative processes
