  • Fluency in German and English
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Experience selling enterprise software to nonprofit/public sector
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience developing account/close plans
  • Success working in cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Ability to travel as required

Tasks

  • Build and manage relationships with key nonprofit stakeholders
  • Understand customer priorities, challenges, and mission objectives
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies
  • Align strategies with customer business goals
  • Drive pipeline development
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists
  • Deliver compelling presentations
  • Articulate the Salesforce value proposition
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources for customer success
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline
  • Manage the sales pipeline
  • Stay informed on nonprofit industry trends
  • Monitor competitive offerings
  • Support customers in driving digital transformation initiatives
