Supporting brand plan development and direct-to-consumer activations for a global beauty company. Marketing and beauty/fashion experience preferred. 25 holiday days, remote work option.
Requirements
- Passion for marketing and analytical mind
- Enjoyment of fast-paced, diverse, international environment
- Currently studying Management, Marketing, Business or Economics
- Experience in Marketing and Beauty and/or Fashion
- Travel Retail experience is a plus
- Fluent English
- French and Spanish are a plus
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization skills

Tasks
- Support Marketing Team in brand plan development and execution
- Assist in direct-to-consumer activations
- Coordinate asset creation, approval, production, and shipment
- Prepare key presentations and marketing materials
- Gather and analyze consumer and market trends
- Share learnings and recommendations with the Multifunctional Team
- Direct Sales & Merchandising Teams to brand guidelines and assets
- Build internal in-store picture library for Collections
- Prepare analysis for monthly brand reviews
- Track new launches and brand performance
- Identify performance root causes
- Support competitor deep dives and research projects
- Maintain accuracy of offerings tracker
- Track and ensure completion of offerings by Sales Team
- Prepare consolidated Brand offerings
- Conduct offerings sufficiency analysis
- Update Brand and Product Pages on e-Retail sites
- Conduct regular Brand audits for compliance
- Identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands
- Update e-Retailers' assortment and master data
- Develop proposals and assets for e-Retail packages
- Manage Brand assets and folders
- Assist in project management for key campaign assets
- Develop and create ad hoc creative assets
- Coordinate development and approval with Global Brand Teams

- Currently in higher education
