- Support flagship and high-visibility projects

- Apply a consumer-first perspective to store design
- Translate brand guidelines into retail concepts
- Provide guidance on seasonal retail marketing executions
- Support shop-in-shop and in-store activations
- Adapt concepts to specific retail environments
- Maximize space productivity and product visibility
- Solve concrete retail challenges
- Bridge gap between guidelines and implementation
- Ensure retail campaign consistency
- Enable pragmatic, market-specific solutions
- Translate retail guidelines into store layouts
