Tasks
- Ensure People Strategy implementation for your function/business area
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
- Enable execution of people aspects of the Own The Game Strategy
- Support organizational transformation efforts for your function/business area
- Maintain and improve the employee engagement framework for the adidas Lucerne office
- Identify best practices from other adidas sites
- Tailor best practices to local employee needs
- Apply a consistent project methodology across transformation workstreams
- Maintain project work plans
- Create and implement status update documents
- Monitor project progress against agreed milestones
- Measure initiative success
- Drive continuous improvement for strategy execution
- Support regional HR teams to execute agreed transformation activities consistently and on time
- Support consistent use of data and analytics to shape organizational strategy
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR internal communication activities in cooperation with Internal Communications
- Be visible and approachable to employees and resource groups
- Foster ownership to shape office culture
- Ensure robust planning and consistent implementation
- Drive tactical initiatives
- Ensure timely stakeholder updates
- Use appropriate and effective communication methods with Senior Management and stakeholders
