Tasks

  • Ensure People Strategy implementation for your function/business area
  • Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives
  • Enable execution of people aspects of the Own The Game Strategy
  • Support organizational transformation efforts for your function/business area
  • Maintain and improve the employee engagement framework for the adidas Lucerne office
  • Identify best practices from other adidas sites
  • Tailor best practices to local employee needs
  • Apply a consistent project methodology across transformation workstreams
  • Maintain project work plans
  • Create and implement status update documents
  • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones
  • Measure initiative success
  • Drive continuous improvement for strategy execution
  • Support regional HR teams to execute agreed transformation activities consistently and on time
  • Support consistent use of data and analytics to shape organizational strategy
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR internal communication activities in cooperation with Internal Communications
  • Be visible and approachable to employees and resource groups
  • Foster ownership to shape office culture
  • Ensure robust planning and consistent implementation
  • Drive tactical initiatives
  • Ensure timely stakeholder updates
  • Use appropriate and effective communication methods with Senior Management and stakeholders
