  • •Manufacturing production experience within the Medtech, automotive or chemical domain
  • •Fluency in French and English

  • •Lead installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • •Maintain accurate records of equipment technical notices and upgrades
  • •Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify trends
  • •Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
  • •Establish standardized troubleshooting methodologies
  • •Partner with teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
  • •Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and engineering teams
  • •Define and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
  • •Lead Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (eFMEA) processes
  • •Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness
  • •Support equipment selection for optimal reliability and cost efficiency
