- Engineering background and education
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering tied to mechanical automation
- Manufacturing production experience within the Medtech, automotive or chemical domain
- Fluency in French and English
- Independent mindset and capability to work under pressure by meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills aimed at coordination and reporting, along with excellent organizational skills
Tasks
- Lead installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment technical notices and upgrades
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify trends
- Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Establish standardized troubleshooting methodologies
- Partner with teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
- Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and engineering teams
- Define and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Lead Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (eFMEA) processes
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness
- Support equipment selection for optimal reliability and cost efficiency
