Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering tied to mechanical automation
  • •Manufacturing production experience within the Medtech, automotive or chemical domain
  • •Fluency in French and English
  • •Independent mindset and capability to work under pressure by meeting deadlines
  • •Excellent communication skills aimed at coordination and reporting, along with excellent organizational skills

  • •Lead installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • •Maintain accurate records of equipment technical notices and upgrades
  • •Monitor and analyze equipment performance using data-driven methods
  • •Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
  • •Establish standardized troubleshooting methodologies
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • •Provide technical expertise to maintenance technicians and engineering teams
  • •Define and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
  • •Lead Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (eFMEA) processes
  • •Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability
  • •Support equipment selection and evaluation for optimal performance
