Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in regulated industry (MedTech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, high-precision manufacturing)
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing and industrialization processes
- Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, GMP)
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data
- Drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery
- Experience managing technical projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with manufacturing and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
