  • Calibrate electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydromechanical, and pressure instruments
  • Adjust electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydromechanical, and pressure instruments
  • Maintain electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, hydromechanical, and pressure instruments
  • Set up calibration sequences and methods
  • Set up maintenance sequences and methods
  • Follow detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements
  • Monitor quality using statistical process control
  • Verify quality using statistical process control
  • Perform equipment installation
  • Perform equipment maintenance
  • Perform equipment repair
  • Diagnose equipment failures
  • Replace defective components
  • Perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment
  • Use detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and instructions
  • Execute qualifications on equipment and technology
  • Execute qualifications on equipment under Sterility Assurance Team (FAT, SAT, IQ, etc.)
  • Maintain maintenance logs
  • Maintain repair logs
  • Coordinate internal qualification testing based on project demand
