- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and quality management systems

- Familiarity with calibration software and tools
- Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
- Certification in calibration or metrology is an advantage
Tasks
- Perform calibration and verification of measurement and test equipment
- Maintain and update calibration records and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Develop and improve calibration processes and procedures
- Lead internalization projects across sites and develop calibration methods
- Monitor and manage the calibration schedule to minimize downtime
- Support internal and external audits with calibration data and documentation
- Participate in training sessions on industry best practices and calibration techniques
- Train calibration technicians on calibration methods and activities
- Develop and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality standards
- Implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision
- Design and specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment
- Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance
- Specialize in design, incoming material, production control, and product evaluation
