Tasks
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
- Advise on supplier and vendor agreements
- Manage master services agreements and service agreements
- Handle NDAs, CDAs, and technology contracts
- Provide legal support on commercial and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Advise on contract structuring and risk allocation
- Support the full contracting lifecycle
- Assist with launch readiness and commercial operations
- Advise on pre-marketing activities and promotional reviews
- Support patient support initiatives and operational readiness
- Conduct EU MLR reviews for Legal International
- Ensure promotional materials meet EU and national requirements
- Develop and maintain EU-specific promotional guidelines
- Train cross-functional stakeholders on compliant practices
- Identify and manage regional compliance risks
- Support competition law and anti-bribery efforts
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and ethical standards
- Champion continuous improvement in legal operations
- Implement modern legal tools and AI solutions
- Contribute to legal training and knowledge sharing
- Handle additional legal projects and operational matters
