Global Market Access and Pricing Manager(m/w/x)
Developing global pricing strategies and value dossiers for Tumor Treating Fields therapy. 3-5 years of pharma/medtech pricing and market access experience required. Flexible hybrid work, trust-based model.
Requirements
- Degree in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical field; Master’s from business school or specialized Master’s in market access or health economics
- 3–5 years experience in pricing, market access, health economics, or related functions in pharmaceutical, medtech, or healthcare industry
- Experience in global/regional roles with exposure to multiple healthcare systems and payer environments
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency; data visualization tools experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- English fluency
- Oncology exposure
- Experience in pricing strategy, market access support, or payer engagement
- Familiarity with pricing systems (e.g., SAP) and contract management processes
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global matrix environment
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and attention to detail
- Additional language skills
Tasks
- Support development of global value materials
- Collaborate on value dossiers and payer value stories
- Create objection handlers with cross-functional teams
- Develop global pricing and market access strategies
- Ensure alignment with business and access objectives
- Generate insights from pricing and contract data
- Support pricing strategies and negotiations
- Optimize pricing models and discount structures
- Adjust contracting approaches based on market dynamics
- Participate in global and local market access discussions
- Promote consistency in market access approaches
- Share best practices across regions
- Partner with Global Market Access & Value, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and regional teams
- Implement and monitor pricing agreements
- Ensure accurate execution in systems like SAP
- Maintain alignment with approved terms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Enhance pricing and market access tools
- Refine best practices across the organization
