- Account management experience
- Experience leading end-to-end sales cycles
- Passion for live events
- Medium knowledge of Excel and related data skills
- SQL/Snowflake knowledge (plus)
- German fluency required
Tasks
- Build and scale high-quality ticket supply
- Identify and fill supply gaps
- Source and onboard new sellers
- Grow strategic supplier relationships
- Map regional supply landscape
- Prioritize high-impact acquisition opportunities
- Acquire new ticket suppliers for various events
- Represent region in internal meetings
- Own regional supply KPIs
- Identify gaps using data
- Launch targeted initiatives to improve supply
- Review operations across all countries
- Deliver high-quality service to sellers and buyers
- Manage full commercial lifecycle
- Make prioritization and investment decisions
- Achieve mutually beneficial economic terms
- Serve as key contact for largest suppliers
- Conduct client-facing conversations and negotiations
