- Never had a CERN graduate contract before

Tasks
- Oversee donation accounts for CERN & Society Foundation
- Prepare and control the Foundation's annual budget
- Contribute to the annual external audit
- Prepare financial and substantial reporting to authorities
- Ensure compliance with policies, donor requirements, and legal obligations
- Act as liaison for the CERN & Society Foundation Board
- Handle formal matters related to Board operations
- Organize Board meetings
- Prepare philanthropic grant proposals
- Oversee project deliverables and timelines
- Prepare grant reports
- Conduct prospect research for fundraising needs
- Prepare approaches for prospects
- Cultivate donor relationships
- Steward donors
- Provide financial oversight of grant funds
- Maintain accurate records of grants, donors, and reporting obligations
- Perform other unforeseen tasks as determined by the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships
