IT Support Specialist(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will be the go-to person for IT support, managing everything from laptop lifecycles to office technology. Your day will involve ensuring security compliance, automating processes, and providing friendly assistance to users facing technical challenges.

Requirements

• •2–5+ years in IT Support or System Administration
• •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/Endpoint Manager
• •Comfortable supporting Windows and macOS environments
• •Proactive and autonomous mindset
• •Enjoyment of helping others and explaining technical concepts
• •Relevant certifications like ITIL, MS-102, MD-102, CompTIA Security+, MS/SC-900, ACSP
• •Experience with PowerShell/scripting and foundational knowledge of networking
• •Fluency in English; German strongly preferred

Tasks

• •Manage the lifecycle of laptops from procurement to offboarding
• •Automate deployment using Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint
• •Configure and patch software on devices
• •Maintain office technology, including meeting room setups and peripherals
• •Support local cabling, network, and VoIP systems with external partners
• •Administer Microsoft 365 tenant by managing users and groups
• •Assist in implementing security policies like MFA and Conditional Access
• •Ensure endpoint security with BitLocker and FileVault
• •Keep systems patched and compliant with security policies
• •Identify opportunities to automate and improve IT processes
• •Provide friendly 1st and 2nd level technical support
