Requirements
- •Further education (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
- •5+ years’ work experience in IP administration
- •Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- •Outstanding IT capabilities, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- •Fluency in English language
- •Formal training in IP paralegal work is desirable, such as EPAC, CAS IP Paralegal course or similar
- •German language skills

- •Coordinate the IP administrative support function
- •Lead the IP Paralegal team on a daily basis
- •Develop and implement IP team processes and workflows
- •Maintain the integrity of the case management system and databases
- •Docket and file IP applications in Europe
- •Manage due dates for Office Actions
- •Coordinate foreign filings with associates
- •Organize and track intellectual property matters
- •Supervise drafting of outgoing correspondence
- •Prepare corporate records, statements, and POAs
- •Track status of IP matters and deadlines
- •Oversee the invoice approval process
- •Prepare reports on KPIs and IP statistics
- •Support the Head of IP Strategy and Litigation with team organization
- •Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
