Requirements
- 2-3 years HR role experience (HR Assistant, Generalist, or Specialist), ideally international
- Formal HR education (Certificate, Diploma, Master’s) or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance
- Experience in internal training delivery and apprentice/intern support, or strong motivation to grow
- Proactive, autonomous, effective priority management in ambiguous environments
- Strong sense of responsibility, structured, detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent French, good command of English, strong German skills a plus
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Manage employee data and documents
- Act as main point of contact for HR
- Lead learning and development initiatives
- Supervise apprentices and interns
- Coordinate with educational institutions
- Train commercial apprentices
- Evaluate apprentices and interns
- Participate in selection and onboarding
- Organize internal training sessions
- Manage absenteeism and insurance coordination
- Maintain HR document quality
- Update and harmonize HR templates
- Provide HRIS user support
- Organize HRIS training sessions
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects
