- Understanding of Swiss social security

- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Tasks
- Collect and verify payroll inputs like salary changes and bonuses
- Perform first-level checks to ensure payroll accuracy and deadlines
- Support month-end and year-end payroll closure activities
- Manage and follow up on employee payroll supporting documents
- Handle social security, pension fund, and insurance declarations
- Coordinate with external providers, tax authorities, and insurance brokers
- Assist with internal, external, and social security audits
- Provide backup for time and absence tracking
- Monitor new legislation regarding French border workers
- Follow up on family allowance claims
- Ensure payroll continuity as an operational backup during absences
- Document payroll processes and support structured knowledge transfer
- Liaise between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers
- Contribute to the standardization of payroll processes
- Track payroll actions and statutory obligations
- Maintain data accuracy within the Workday HR system
- Support continuous improvement of payroll controls
