Managing employee lifecycle, contract administration, and onboarding/offboarding for a Swiss-based company. Federal Diploma in Human Resources and Swiss labor law knowledge required. Up to 4 weeks remote work annually within EU, equity package.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and further HR education (e.g., Federal Diploma in Human Resources)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, and HR administration practices in Switzerland
- Hands-on experience across end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Proficiency with various HR tools
- Strong MS Office and overall digital skills
- Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Structured and reliable working style
- Handling confidential data
- Effective cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive support for colleagues
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Deliver reliable HR Operations services
- Manage employee lifecycle processes
- Handle contract management
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding
- Administer leave and absence
- Issue reference letters
- Manage lifecycle changes
- Handle related HR cases
- Ensure employee records are up to date
- Reflect organizational changes in Abacus (HRIS)
- Support employees in person
- Respond to employee tickets
- Ensure timely and service-oriented support
- Oversee core HR processes
- Update HR processes for compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor law
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Work with Abacus, ServiceNow, Docusign, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Bring basic payroll experience
- Collaborate with payroll teams

- Vocational certification
