Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
  • Further training in payroll/social insurances
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law

  • At least 5 years of payroll experience

Tasks

  • Process payroll end-to-end for approximately 750 employees
  • Manage employee hires, terminations, and data changes
  • Process salary changes
  • Review and verify payroll-relevant data
  • Handle social security matters
  • Manage family allowances
  • Process daily accident and sickness benefits
  • Administer pension fund contributions
  • Process withholding tax
  • Reconcile payroll accounts
  • Generate payroll reports for Accounting
  • Contribute to optimizing payroll processes
  • Support the development of the new payroll system, Papaya
  • Advise employees on employment and social insurance matters
  • Advise line managers on employment and social insurance matters
  • Advise external stakeholders on employment and social insurance matters
  • Support during audits
  • Prepare reports for financial statements
  • Assist with annual financial statement preparation
  • Prepare salary certificates
  • Support P&C Administration with complex social insurance cases
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager
