Tasks
- Implementierung und Betreuung von Payroll-Lösungen auf Basis von SAP HCM Payroll und/oder SAP EC Payroll verantworten
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung von End-to-End-Payrollprozessen, insbesondere im Zusammenspiel mit Zeitwirtschaft und Personaldatenmanagement (PA/OM/EC)
- Verantwortung als Projektleiter:in übernehmen
- Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten, z. B. Migration von SAP HCM Payroll auf EC Payroll oder Einführung von Hybrid-Szenarien
- Customizing und technische Konzeption und Konfiguration der Payroll Lösung einschliesslich Schema-/Regelpflege, Berechtigungen, Lohnarten, Datenmigrationen und Testmanagement
- Unterstützung unseres Vertriebsteams durch Aufwandsabschätzungen, Konzeption und Präsentation von Lösungsarchitekturen
