- HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann with eidg. Fachausweis or equivalent Swiss-recognized HR certification
- Proven hands-on ownership of HR administration
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR operations
- Comfortable operating as standalone HR function
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred
- Fluent German and English required
- Additional languages a plus
- Training or practical experience in mediation / conflict resolution
- Experience handling employee relations and sensitive cases
- Experience working with EOR structures
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR)
Tasks
- Oversee full HR lifecycle
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Manage HR administration and employee records
- Coordinate payroll with external provider
- Draft and manage employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law
- Handle insurance and pension coordination
- Support internal HR communication
- Manage Employer of Record for international setups
- Prepare for audits, including ISO audits
- Identify and implement HR process improvements
- Review internal communications for consistency
- Support Sales with contract preparation
- Manage general administrative inbox
- Schedule monthly company briefings
- Assist Finance with audits and expenses
- Serve as primary legal contact
