Requirements
- •Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- •Experience as HRBP in Financial Services
- •Experience managing Front Office population (plus)
- •Knowledge of private bank organization and products
- •Project management and policy implementation experience (plus)
- •Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
- •Persuasive, strong influencing and challenging skills
- •Autonomy, discretion, and trustworthiness
- •Teamwork and professional relationship building skills
- •Excellent verbal and communication skills in English

Tasks
- •Guide and advise hiring managers to deliver the people agenda
- •Provide confidential and efficient HR services to all employees
- •Coach managers on applying HR policies and sensitive employee relations
- •Support the year-end compensation process and salary planning
- •Ensure accurate baselines for joiners, leavers, and transfers
- •Drive talent management through career and performance development programs
- •Manage succession planning and participate in the recruitment process
- •Collaborate with geographically diverse HR managers and the legal department
- •Manage HR legal cases and disciplinary processes
- •Implement policies and procedures regarding employee relations
- •Lead and implement Group HR projects and initiatives
- •Facilitate smooth onboarding and coordinate first-day experiences
- •Resolve performance and disciplinary issues with line managers
- •Conduct and review exit interviews for departing employees
- •Prepare and deliver internal announcements for organizational changes
