Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent
  • Experience as HRBP in Financial Services
  • Experience managing Front Office population (plus)
  • Knowledge of private bank organization and products
  • Project management and policy implementation experience (plus)
  • Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
  • Persuasive, strong influencing and challenging skills
  • Autonomy, discretion, and trustworthiness
  • Teamwork and professional relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Guide and advise hiring managers to deliver the people agenda
  • Provide confidential and efficient HR services to all employees
  • Coach managers on applying HR policies and sensitive employee relations
  • Support the year-end compensation process and salary planning
  • Ensure accurate baselines for joiners, leavers, and transfers
  • Drive talent management through career and performance development programs
  • Manage succession planning and participate in the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with geographically diverse HR managers and the legal department
  • Manage HR legal cases and disciplinary processes
  • Implement policies and procedures regarding employee relations
  • Lead and implement Group HR projects and initiatives
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and coordinate first-day experiences
  • Resolve performance and disciplinary issues with line managers
  • Conduct and review exit interviews for departing employees
  • Prepare and deliver internal announcements for organizational changes
