HR Business Partner(m/w/x)
Advising managers on HR policies and compensation planning for an international banking family business. HRBP experience in Financial Services required. Flexible working arrangements.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience as HRBP in Financial Services
- Experience managing Front Office population (plus)
- Knowledge of private bank organization and products
- Project management and policy implementation experience (plus)
- Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
- Persuasive, strong influencing and challenging skills
- Autonomy, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Teamwork and professional relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
Tasks
- Guide and advise hiring managers to deliver the people agenda
- Provide confidential and efficient HR services to all employees
- Coach managers on applying HR policies and sensitive employee relations
- Support the year-end compensation process and salary planning
- Ensure accurate baselines for joiners, leavers, and transfers
- Drive talent management through career and performance development programs
- Manage succession planning and participate in the recruitment process
- Collaborate with geographically diverse HR managers and the legal department
- Manage HR legal cases and disciplinary processes
- Implement policies and procedures regarding employee relations
- Lead and implement Group HR projects and initiatives
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and coordinate first-day experiences
- Resolve performance and disciplinary issues with line managers
- Conduct and review exit interviews for departing employees
- Prepare and deliver internal announcements for organizational changes
