Tasks

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinate holiday requests and sickness absences
  • Monitor working hours and lawyer workloads
  • Manage the HRIS to provide accurate reports
  • Assist with employee safety and health reporting
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc projects
  • Review applications and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Proofread and post approved job advertisements
  • Prepare contracts and formal employment documentation
  • Execute administrative onboarding and offboarding procedures
