- Monitor working hours and lawyer workloads
- Manage the HRIS to provide accurate reports
- Assist with employee safety and health reporting
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc projects
- Review applications and coordinate candidate interviews
- Proofread and post approved job advertisements
- Prepare contracts and formal employment documentation
- Execute administrative onboarding and offboarding procedures
