- Solid understanding of EU labor law and strong knowledge of legal practices
- Experience across core HR functions is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Support HR leadership in daily operations
- Act as trusted HR partner to managers and employees
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Drive talent development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs
- Facilitate learning activities
- Promote continuous employee development
- Identify skill gaps with managers
- Implement training and development plans
- Enhance individual and team performance
- Assist in performance review cycles
- Support goal setting and performance evaluation
- Handle employee queries
- Support conflict resolution
- Provide HR policy guidance to leaders
- Support disciplinary actions and investigations
