HR & Administration Specialist(m/w/x)
Full HR administration from hiring to departure, including contracts, permits, and payroll processing for a hotel group. Swiss payroll and social insurance knowledge required. Autonomous role with global overview of HR and hotel administration.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, HR certification preferred
- Proven HR administration experience in Switzerland
- Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll and social insurance
- Knowledge of "Mirus" is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Service-oriented mindset, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality or F&B is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English

Tasks
- Manage full HR administration from hiring to departure
- Handle contracts, amendments, permits, certificates, and references
- Coordinate onboarding with managers
- Prepare, control, and follow up on payroll
- Prepare employer certificates and interim earnings documents
- Manage social insurance in coordination with the Finance department
- Monitor absences including sick leave, accidents, vacation, and maternity
- Review and validate staff schedules for permanent and extra staff
- Provide daily HR support to managers
- Manage hotel mail including receipt, distribution, and follow-up
- Monitor and control cash handling procedures with Front Office
- Contribute to implementation and compliance of internal administrative procedures
- Provide occasional support on transversal administrative topics
- Handle disciplinary matters in coordination with Management
- Participate in recruitment as needed
- Follow up on internship requests
- Support employees on HR-related matters
