- Deep understanding of wealth management/capital markets workflows
- Bridge business and technology (Risks, APIs, data, integrations, SaaS architecture)
- Excellent presentation and pitching skills
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Own and deliver revenue targets
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Drive pricing strategy and commercial negotiations
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles
- Manage strategic accounts and high-value opportunities
- Develop and deliver client pitches and product demos
- Lead and coordinate RFP responses
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ensure successful client onboarding and value realization
- Act as escalation point for key clients
- Translate client requirements into product enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, quants, and engineering
- Position risk models and validation frameworks
- Leverage technical understanding for SaaS platforms, APIs, and data integrations
- Define and monitor performance KPIs
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team
- Establish best practices for pipeline and account management
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
