Tasks
- Lead and manage Fixed Income Sales team
- Foster high-performance culture and mentor talent
- Ensure strong collaboration across functions
- Own P&L for Fixed Income business
- Generate revenue and manage costs
- Plan and monitor budget
- Define strategic direction for Fixed Income Sales
- Ensure sustainable growth and market relevance
- Provide comprehensive sales coverage of Fixed Income products
- Maintain and develop senior client relationships
- Act as trusted partner to institutional investors
- Take responsibility for Lead Manager and syndicate roles
- Drive execution and coordination in primary market transactions
- Deliver high-quality market intelligence
- Provide investment ideas and product updates
- Interface with internal stakeholders
- Ensure seamless execution and client service
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments
- Track competitor activity to maintain competitive position
