- Experience in distributed or hub-based setup
- Strong digital leadership capabilities
- Experience managing remote teams
- Fostering collaboration across time zones
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account) Engagement and/or Data Cloud
- Campaign automation, journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, data activation
- Define scalable marketing and data solution designs and standards
- Global platform environment experience
- Solid understanding of data models, identity resolution, consent management
- Understanding of integrations, automation, and reporting in marketing ecosystems
- Experience within global governance frameworks
- Ensuring adherence to standards across regions
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Collaborating effectively with Product Owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-driven capabilities
- AI capabilities within CRM and marketing platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence across business, marketing, data, and IT functions
- Experience collaborating in complex, matrix organizations
- Collaboration across functions and regions
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant Certification strongly preferred
- Additional certifications (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Admin, Sales Cloud) are a plus

- Serve as escalation point for complex solutions
- Deliver technically robust, data-driven solutions
- Orchestrate team capacity and priorities
- Ensure optimal resource allocation across regions
- Align with Product Owners and PMO on priorities
- Support coordinated global delivery
- Ensure consistent application of global standards
- Align with global data models and governance
- Integrate with adjacent functions and IT
- Maintain data quality and integrity
- Enable reporting and analytics for continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs for solution quality and effectiveness
