As a senior leader in Cham, you will drive the company's financial strategy and operations across Switzerland and EMEA, balancing rigorous reporting with high-impact business partnering.

Requirements

• •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• •Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or Swiss equivalent) as a plus
• •8+ years experience in Controlling, FP&A or Accounting
• •Experience in international industrial or technology companies
• •Experience in a matrix organisation ideally
• •Knowledge of management reporting and IFRS/local GAAP
• •Knowledge of tax, transfer pricing and internal controls
• •Experience in business partnering with Sales and Operations
• •Experience in pricing, tender support and negotiation
• •Understanding of S&OP, forecasting and budgeting processes
• •Advanced Excel skills and ERP/BI tool experience
• •Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• •Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and attention to detail
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• •Fluency in English
• •German language skills as a strong advantage

Tasks

• •Lead statutory and management reporting
• •Validate monthly financial statements
• •Analyze and explain cost variances
• •Coordinate internal invoicing with Shared Service Centers
• •Manage warranty provisions and related accounting
• •Forecast short- and mid-term cash flow
• •Lead external financial audits for EMEA entities
• •Facilitate internal audits and remediation plans
• •Ensure robust internal control compliance
• •Review and approve payroll statements
• •Approve purchase invoices and cost coding
• •Design the Swiss market sales forecasting framework
• •Maintain sales controlling and analytical tools
• •Drive software and services financial modeling
• •Provide financial support for business cases
• •Partner with Sales on commercial models
• •Prepare ad hoc analyses for business reviews
• •Coordinate cash collection calls to optimize DSO
• •Support Middle East sales negotiations and pricing
• •Lead monthly rolling sales forecast processes
• •Drive annual budget and cost forecast preparation
• •Develop cash performance monitoring dashboards
• •Coordinate Capex planning and business case reviews
• •Identify financial risks and mitigation opportunities
• •Prepare tax group reporting packages
• •Implement transfer pricing policies and contracts
• •Oversee tax, VAT, and social security filings
• •Monitor tax and regulatory framework changes
• •Lead financial setup for the new headquarters
• •Design the future EMEA HQ finance organization
• •Drive finance efficiency through digital automation
