Description

In this role, you will guide the capital allocation strategy while optimizing external financing to support growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading transactions, updating the business plan, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive strategic financial decisions.

Requirements

• •6+ years of finance experience
• •Ownership of debt financing and exit processes
• •Experience in healthcare or private-equity-backed consolidation models
• •Willingness to apply a structured approach in an entrepreneurial setting
• •Ability to synthesize and communicate complex ideas
• •Track record of outstanding performance in a fast-paced environment
• •Excellent English skills (Level C1 or above)

Tasks

• •Oversee capital allocation strategy
• •Steer discretionary investments across geographies and initiatives
• •Review performance of historical investments
• •Lead the process of raising additional financing
• •Renegotiate terms to reduce cost of capital
• •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• •Prepare for and execute capital structure transactions
• •Manage share repurchase and sale processes
• •Update the Group Business Plan with new acquisitions
• •Collaborate with the Manager Corporate Finance on strategic decisions
