Tasks
- Establish and lead portfolio and investment management function
- Operationalize GDDA strategy, standards, and product operating model
- Embed GDDA strategy into portfolio governance and funding processes
- Operationalize prioritization and funding model for GDDA initiatives
- Ensure digital, data, and AI investments align with strategic priorities
- Drive operational discipline through portfolio performance tracking
- Collaborate with GDDA, Finance, and senior stakeholders
- Translate strategic priorities into portfolio decisions
- Sequence and oversee GDDA initiatives
- Build and lead portfolio management and operations team
- Apply GDDA strategy and standards through planning and roadmapping
- Set and manage product operations systems and processes
- Ensure global and local decisions are reflected in roadmaps
- Own and operate roadmapping process
- Operationalize portfolio prioritization management process
- Maintain and oversee consolidated cross-portfolio roadmap
- Run regular portfolio review forums
- Assess progress against milestones and drive strategic decisions
- Develop and manage annual and rolling investment process
- Drive capital and resource allocation across priorities
- Monitor adherence to allocated capital and business cases
- Define unified value measurement framework
- Ensure value metrics and adoption targets are embedded
- Track value realization throughout initiative lifecycle
- Establish portfolio-level performance tracking
- Oversee post-launch value assessments
- Surface recommendations to scale or sunset initiatives
- Link performance insights to prioritization and funding decisions
- Interface with Finance, RDT, and business functions
- Surface cross-portfolio risks and dependencies
- Ensure strategic priorities flow into portfolio decisions
- Build and develop portfolio management team
