Head of Product Molecule & Study Portfolio, Resource Strategy & Planning(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product management or business analysis
• Proven track record of launching technology products
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology
• 2+ years leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
• Exceptional communication and alignment skills
• Deep understanding of R&D lifecycle and drug development milestones
• Understanding of Molecule portfolio, project, and resource management
• Strong grasp of product discovery and development lifecycle
• Knowledge of modern software architecture
• Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts
• Executive presence and product mastery
• Ability to translate goals into product vision and roadmap
