- Align program priorities with product and delivery requirements
- Reinforce alignment between program milestones and product roadmaps
- Communicate PACE decisions and requirements to program leads
- Orchestrate cross-cutting initiatives across product suites
- Resolve cross-suite dependencies and sequencing conflicts
- Provide consolidated PACE digital view for decision-making
- Orchestrate planning and execution rhythms
- Shape and manage global program roadmaps
- Partner with RDT to align delivery capacity and surface trade-offs
- Enable coordinated digital delivery for priority programs
- Ensure program milestones are integrated into delivery plans
- Drive execution readiness for key program milestones
- Ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and ready for activation
