Requirements
- Deep understanding of Medical/Commercial lifecycle in Life Sciences
- Experience building AI and Agentic AI solutions at scale
- Strong grasp of Cloud stacks, Data Engineering, API integrations, and MLOps
- Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce/Veeva), Marketing Automation (Adobe/SFMC), and modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks)
- Ability to operate as a "mini-CEO" of product line
- Expert knowledge of data sets for Pharma use cases
- Mastery of data storytelling
Tasks
- Lead development of Customer 360 and Next Best Action engines
- Integrate disparate data sources into unified customer view
- Deploy algorithmic recommendations for optimal customer engagement
- Simplify complex data into actionable insights for field teams
- Build scalable, scientific analytics products for Medical and Commercial teams
- Lead unified squad of Business Product Leader, Digital Tech, and Business Activation
- Design and prioritize features for analytics products
- Develop business case, data strategy, and UI for analytics product
- Use Jira and Scrum methodologies to manage product backlog
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, data readiness, and technical feasibility
- Embed analytics in existing workflows like Veeva/CRM and Marketing Automation
- Design intuitive interfaces for non-scientific end-users
- Drive adoption rate and measure ROI of analytics products
- Define and enforce validation criteria for product success
- Simplify AI concepts into strategic narratives for C-suite
- Ensure compliance with Pharma regulations through collaboration
