- Align digital services across multiple sites
- Provide training for digital service alignment
- Present updates to steering committee meetings
- Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog
- Support release management and value delivery
- Balance scope, budget, and delivery timelines
- Monitor digital service quality and performance
