Requirements

  • •MSc or BSc Engineering degree
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer engineering or research & development, including electrical design experience
  • •Technical knowledge of transformer portfolio and rail infrastructure transformers
  • •Proven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments
  • •Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • •Fluency in English and experience with writing technical papers or reports

Master's degree

  • •Conduct competitor analyses to identify technical product gaps
  • •Manage technical specifications for Industrial and Specialty Power Transformers

  • •Prepare and present technical communication materials for product launches
  • •Keep teams informed on market trends and competition
  • •Support data quality improvement and participate in customer meetings
  • •Attend trade shows and conferences to identify customer needs
  • •Ensure training materials for transformers are available for internal and external use
